How We Do It

After completing RU FAIR ADVANCE (a five-year project funded by a multi-million dollar ADVANCE IT grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF), NSF awarded SciWomen supplemental funding to continue its efforts through the Dual-Career Initiative.  The initiative is focused on the needs of dual career couples with an aim to recruit new hires and retain current faculty members in STEM.

SciWomen is also very grateful for the guidance it recieves from its faculty advisory board, the joint intellectual efforts of our institutional partners, and the support it recieves from the many school deans who sponsor participation in the OASIS Leadership and Professional Development Program.
