RU FAIR Professorship Program

The RU FAIR Professors take ADVANCE to the grassroots. Selected by competitive application, two professorships are awarded on each campus to serve as ambassadors for institutional transformation. Each professor creates programming to fit the unique needs of the women and minority faculty on her campus. In addition to continuing her own research interests, RU FAIR Professors build up the local networks while also keeping her campus connected to the central RU FAIR office. They take on a leadership role to strengthen ties with administration, develop mentorship resources, and build a supportive and sustainable community for female and minority faculty.
